Churn signals ranked by severity
If you want to be left alone to deal with the wake left behind by a bad product, use Recharge.
12 months in and a lot of wasted time and money later, we're cancelling the app
We look forward to choosing another subscriptions platform or building out our own replacement for Recharge in our tech stack as soon as possible.
We cannot wait to change companies to one that is more reliable.
We later switched to another subscription app (Loop), which was implemented in half the time, at a lower cost, and offered even more functionality and better support.
We share this because we think other merchants evaluating Recharge or already on the platform deserve to hear an honest customer experience.
Now we are locked into them since we cannot easily move subscribers, and they have massively raised prices while doing nothing.
it is extremely costly, and we need to find another solution as it has already cost us a lot of money.
You should look for a more reliable subscription management option.
We are looking to move to Loop.
The app works ok, but the support is terrible.
Avoid like the plague.
We hit several complex integration challenges that could easily have pushed us to switch to their competitor but Irving didn’t give up!
NGL, there were moments when I wasn't sure if I should stay because clients sometimes struggle with understanding how to access their subscription, or how to make changes.
Recharge is not providing the assistance and guidance we expected for customers that are paying the full Plus plan during critical moments
