The best option is to delete my entire account and go to a different email provider.
This is absolutely ridiculous and their prices don't justify this when you have better and cheaper options available. I'd stay far away from them.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do Not Use these guys. Go to MailChimp or whoever else. But def not here!
Unsubscribed and uninstalled a long time ago but they keep sending spammy emails saying 'account limit reached'
Charged me £75 gbp despite cancelling then wouldn't allow me to access to use the service for the month i paid for.
Their recent price increases have caused us to start looking at other email marketing vendors.
Can literally never get Klaviyo to do what I need it to do. So disappointed to spend eleventy billion dollars a month on this.

Can't upgrade my account because of Klaviyo's system issue. Can't contact support until I upgrade. Can't upgrade because of a system error.
The only small downside is that the plan increases as quickly as your customer list :)
I hesitated to switch to it because it was more expensive than what I was using
After subscribing and making payment, I was unable to access my account for two full days. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, their support team offered absolutely no effective solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

Great application with the absolute worst tech support I have ever experienced. Confused about their own product, non-responsive, and basic help takes MONTHS.

I only installed the app to explore the features and now they are sending me notifications that I need to upgrade to premium. I haven't even created an account. Terrible app.
I just purchased a package, but the next day I couldn't log in. It kept asking for a verification code, yet it never sent the code to my email. I've checked my inbox multiple times and still haven't received it. This experience is terrible—it's not worth the money.
